Patrara Thai Massage operates as a STRICTLY professional service. Failure to follow this rule will result in your treatment being stopped and you will be asked to leave without refund. You may also be prohibited from future bookings and entering the premises.
- By using our services, you agree to adhere to our code of conduct and behave respectfully towards our staff and other customers.
- All services provided by Patrara Thai Massage are subject to availability.
- Payment for services is required at the time of booking or upon completion of the service.
- Patrara Thai Massage is not liable for any personal belongings lost or damaged on our premises.
- Any medical conditions or allergies must be disclosed prior to receiving any services to ensure your safety.
- Gift vouchers issued by Patrara Thai Massage are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Cancellation Policy
A £10 deposit is required to secure your booking.
Cancellations made more than 4 hours before the appointment time are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend the appointment, will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method and may take 3-5 working days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
